Unrelated to game play, I've seen two different commercial tie-ins to Doko De Mo Issho with the Saru Getchu characters. When you destroy their weapons and armor, they will also run away and be teleported AWAY if you don't get to them quick enough. Monkeys will teleport into stages and come after you. I have found a few monkeys hiding in trash cans and such though. They have energy bars while in armor or tanks and you have to destroy those before you can catch them. They are more like an army, and come at you in armored suits, with swords and guns, in tanks, mech suits, etc. Rather than look for monkeys, now the monkeys are looking for YOU. So far, while the controls are the same, the game play seems to have shifted to a faster paced, more action orietned style. With Natsumi at least, I was able to hover in the air for a short time. You can block attacks now, including bullets. The first level is at Shinjuku Station, second is at Akihabara. Stages so far are based on real world places. The intro stage is a fight against a HUGE mech. Each character has some different attack styles and gear, like rocket skates, guns, and bows/arrows. There are also several silhouettes probably the characters from AE2 and AE3. He can build various robots such as Robo-Jimmy and the White Dragon that usually have at least one major weak spot. Pibotron G (a huge white gorilla), Volcano (a red monkey), and Legend (a monkey dressed in dark brown clothes with a hood and a sword) are playable in vs. Monkey White, known in Japan as Ukki White ( Uk Howaito) is the most intelligent member of The Freaky Monkey Five. The manual has entries for Specter, the Saru team (the normal monkeys) and Pibotsaru (robots?). Along with Kakeru, Natsumi, Hakase, Chyaru, and Haruka are playable. When you start the game, you can choose between the Kakeru (Spike?) scenario, or the Specter scenario! Live action footage of people in Saru suits dancing on stage with a woman in a kimono at "Hi Tech Colisseum." Then it shows the CG models of the main characters in stage, being introduced by the female announcer that does women's pro wrestling and MMA (I think) the same voice from Rumble Roses XX.
